Hi Tracey, Any idea when we will know who is doing which legs?
John BuckMemberHi Sarah, obviously I would normally support. Sadly I’m on holiday this year.
Good luck, I’m sure it will be a great success.
John BuckMemberBusy day for RSE runners, dead jealous watching you lot 🙂
Well done to everyone at Highworth, particularly those less experienced runners. Tough day in the wind.
Great smack down finish between the Pitts, Teddy just holding his blushes from the misses 😉
Worcester Marathon
Sampo finished in a wind unassisted 3.51
Dave Whitlow 4.09 Dave lost time after stopping to help a runner
Well done Elaine survived the Brighton smog, great time 4.16

John BuckMemberNothing to apologise for Richard. Members are free to enter this or any other race if they wish too. We don’t have a list of preferred races, it’s just in this instance we (the committee) feel the need to support Cirencester AC.
Please wear your vest with pride.
John BuckMemberHi Richard,
Yes it’s on. I appreciate your post is in good faith, but I don’t feel we as a club can support this race.
This race has for many years been successfully promoted by Cirencester AC. The forrestry commission denied Cirencester AC permission to hold the race this year, giving a number of excuses. It’s clear now their motives were of self interest.
Cirencester AC now have a replacement race on Monday 29th June in the park, a different course from the September race. I would encourage members to support this race.
John BuckMemberHi Richard, it has been mentioned, but it falls the week after the Hope 24hr event. I don’t think we could must too much interest this year.
John BuckMemberOh dear TP, hope it’s not too serious. You’ve being going well
X-country?John BuckMemberMaybe, he’s an ex pro. But the point he was making is why so many first timers end up walking. Surely much more fun and less pain if you prepare properly. Hence why I won’t be running Yorkshire on Sunday.
John BuckMemberWell done Martin and Nick, long day but worth it.
“YOU ARE AN IRONMAN”John BuckMemberApparently not, I guess the Swimmer didn’t show. He’s now getting wet. Enjoy Matt and don’t Swallow.
John BuckMemberGood luck buddy, tri not to swallow too much old father Thames
PS That’s not a spelling mistake just me trying to be clever.
John BuckMemberWell done Henry, cracking effort. Not sure what I’d prefer rain or heat, either way superb result in those conditions.
Enjoy the deserved rest!John BuckMemberGood Luck Henry, good to see you have lots of fall back plans.
I’m sure you are well prepared. Keep the faith and look forward to your post race reportNote to members: We appear to have new challenger for craziest RSE member of the year
