    Lovely morning for a run around lydiard park with Matt and Mark. Disappointed to get overtaken by a dog though #neverhappenagain;-)

    If it makes you feel any better when I doing sub-20’s the other week I was overtaken by a bloke pushing a pram; a posh sporty pram, but still!

    Fortunately, only his Dad’s barcode counted – so it NEVER happened!
