In terms of timing (as the is a number of participants to record info on) I will split it down into 3 groups. They will start at 5:30-6, 6-6:30, 6:30-7. So if you could let me know at training this evening what time suits you best I will try to move people around.

One is a consent form.
One is a food diary that you must note down what you have eaten in the past 24-hours before each trial (it dose not have to be super detailed).
I will update every one with their times and info at training.
