Good luck to all our runners at Berkeley 10K tonight. Gutted not to be fit enough to join you. It’s a nice fast course, so fill your boots…. PB anyone?
Also all the best to those running Shaw Stampede on Saturday. We did well as a club last year, including winning the team prize, so will hopefully do well again this year.Yes, just realised that Berkeley was last night! That’s what sleep deprivation does to you….
