This weeks Coaches Challenge has a Hope 24 theme.
As most of you will be aware Elaine and Gareth are completing a virtual 24 hour run over next weekend.
In the build up to this you are challenged to use the numbers 2 & 4 however you want.
You could do a run of 2.4k/m, you could run a total 24k/m across the week, you could run for 2.4hrs or you could just take a selfie outside a house numbered 24 – the choice is entirely yours…
To help motivate Elaine and Gareth throughout the week please be as creative as you can and share your 24 exploits on WhatsApp & Facebook.
In addition to this Elaine is also organising a Junior Hope 24 where our future members can run/walk/cycle/scoot 2.4k/m.
