South Downs Way 100 – help required

I am running the South Downs Way 100 on 11/12 June this year. This will be my second time having completed it in 2016 and as last time I will be paced over the last quarter by Nick ‘Animal’ Duncan.

on longer races I usually have a close friend to crew for me (that is meet me periodically give me some food, tell me I am doing well and then tell me to get going) however he is at a wedding. I am hopeful that I may have a replacement but if not does anybody fancy seeing an ultra from close up? I’d need you to be in Washington, West Sussex by mid afternoon, meet me several times, then at around midnight driving to the finish to catch some sleep before I finish (hopefully before 6am) then drive Animal to his car and me to my mother’s house (Petersfield). A big ask (I will pay for fuel) but if you are interested then please let me know via henry.church@cbre.com
