I know that lots of us will be heading out to Budapest in October, and thoughts are turning to training…
I’ve decided to go for an 18 week programme which (scarily) starts tomorrow. I’m intending to follow the Hal Higdon Intermediate 2 programme with a few tweaks, e.g. I ‘m swapping the Saturday/Sunday runs around, and instead of doing Tues/Weds/Thurs I’ll be doing Mon/Tues/Weds.
Has anyone else sorted out their training plans yet? It would be great to share ideas…
