This week has certainly been one for the Ladies!
On Wednesday 18th June (Very hot and muggy evening) Pauline Tilbury ran in the Longest Day multi terrain 10k at Stanley Park, Chippenham and finished in 59mins 45 secs.
On Saturday 21st June Hazel Bridges competed in the Votwo (Standard) Triathlon, South Cerney, an open lake swim, an undulating bike route, then a run which took place around the grounds of the lake and she finished in 2hrs 59mins 04 secs.
5 of our RSE members competed in their very 1st Triathlon on a gorgeous, sunny (early!) morning at Bourton on the Water, this was a Sprint Triathlon – 400m swim/23k undulating bike/5k run. First home for the club was Kirsty Pitts 1.38.55, followed by Helen Selwyn 1.45.07, Tracey Pitts 1.45.42, Jacki Day 1.47.54 and Caroline Terry 1.59.17,
