    Nice shoes Laura, good practice for the quick sand. Did I forget to mention the quick sand? Seriously, well done Sunday goes without saying it must have been hard work.

    Thanks – I am still in pain…

    Going uphill was okay, it’s the downhill that kills your legs.  Hang on, isn’t it a down run at Comrades next year…?
