London Landmarks Half Marathon
Taking runners through the heart of London, this fantastic race includes as many famous London landmarks as possible, including Nelson’s Column, the London Eye, St Paul’s Cathedral and Tower Bridge. Each year has a set theme, and this year honoured images from the Covid-19 pandemic – The Grand: The Key Workers, The Quirky: The Lockdown Life, and The Hidden: The Unseen Acts of Kindness.
Running from RSE was Paul Robertson, who ran for a fantastic cause, Tommy’s charity.
The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a very enjoyable and fast circuit. Mostly in the Westminster and Central City area. One of the best Half Marathons I have done for on street support by both Charities and the Public. The route takes you past some of London’s Iconic landmarks, not that I noticed many as I was always chasing the person in front. Great day to take the family if you want to visit a few shops, attractions or have a mooch about as we did today after!
Paul Robertson
Paul finished in a brilliant time of 1:36:21! Well done, Paul!

A huge congratulations to Carol who completed her 200th park run this week!
Did my 200th at the hilly Ludlow course with friends and family. First one was way back in March 2010, times are a bit slower these days but still enjoy it just as much.
