In the main sessions will start and finish at The Old Station Car Park. This location information is supplied for the benefit of those runners who may be running a little late or would find it more practical to head directly to the training location.
If you are intending on heading direct to location please let your coach know in advance so they do not wait for you at The Old Station Car Park.
Please be aware locations may change at short notice due to weather. Changes in location on the day will be communicated via the Info Only WhatsApp Group.
