Westonbirt Half Marathon
Good Friday saw the return of the Westonbirt Half Marathon, a perfect way to earn some Easter chocolate! The race follows a 2-lap course, starting at Westonbirt House before heading out around the surrounding village. Due to the amount of rain from the last couple of weeks, the route had slightly changed, and the usual grassy segment was replaced by a tarmac finish, directly outside the entrance of Westonbirt House.
A huge well done to Zoe Markham-Lee who took part in the race, and achieved a new PB!

My first ever sub 2 hour, and a half PB. Not bad 5 days after a marathon PB. 4th PB of the year and I’ve been chasing a sub 2 for four years! Lovely weather too.
