Running Somewhere Else Running Club is pleased to announce its Beginners Running Program starting on the 9th April 2018. This 8 week program is designed to introduce newcomers to running in a fun, friendly and structured manner. The course provides twice weekly coaching sessions, on a Monday and Wednesday, which will help you begin and improve your running techniques, avoid injuries and even take part in your first race (if you feel ready)!
You need not have run before. Come and join our social running group designed for any size, shape and ability. See what running can do for you.
Starting: Monday 9th April 2018 at 6:30pm
Meet at ‘Somewhere Else’ in Castle Street, Mondays and Wednesdays
First session is free, thereafter club membership is required.
